How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge for mainland UK is £3 per order for orders with products totalling under £30.00. Multiple items can be placed on one order, with one delivery charge as long as your order is being delivered to the same address.

If your order totals to exactly £30, you will be charged £3 for delivery.

If your order totals under £30 you will also be charged £3 for delivery.

Please note that inbetween 19th December until 3rd January, standard delivery option will only be available.

Free on orders over £30 - If your order totals to exactly £30, you will be charged £3 for delivery, If your order totals under £30 you will also be charged £3 for delivery.

Premium 1 - 2 working days

Next Working Day delivery

Mon - Fri if ordered before 12pm

If ordered on Friday before 12pm, your order will arrive on the Monday, not Saturday.

Deliveries outside mainland UK are charged at the following rates:

  • Channel Islands - £15
  • Isle of Wight - £6
  • Northern Ireland - £15
  • Orkney Islands - £13
  • Scilly Isles - £16
  • Scottish Highland - £15
  • Scottish Islands - £15
  • Western Isles of Scotland - £13

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do not currently deliver outside the UK. For stockists outside the UK, please email sales@christy-home.com

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days and expect to deliver your order within 5 working days, although the majority of orders are delivered before this.

How will my order be delivered?

Interlink is our dedicated courier service. Orders will be delivered generally between 9am and 5pm during the week. It is important that somebody is at the delivery address to receive the order, as all deliveries must be signed for. If you don’t think you will be at home to receive your order then please use an alternative address such as your work address or the address of a friend or neighbour.

What will happen if I am out when you deliver?

If you are unable to receive the delivery then Interlink will post a card. This card offers you a number of options including an alternative day for delivery, a safe place to deliver (such as a neighbour) or collection at the local Interlink depot.
