Please note, if you place an order for a personalised item you will not receive it in time for Christmas. The cut off date for personalisation was midnight 10th December 2018.
The last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is midnight Monday 17th December 2018. Orders received after this date will not be eligable for pre-Christmas delivery.
Adding to an existing order
As we do not store your payment details once your order has checked out unfortunately we are unable to add to it and you would need to order the item on a separate order.
Cancelling an existing order
We dispatch all of our orders same day and as such if you do not let us know almost immediately is is likely that the order has been dispatched.Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us and we will do our best to prevent it leaving the warehouse.Should you receive the order please follow our returns policy by clicking here.

We tend to sell out of an item completely before removing it from our website however if you are trying to track a specific item the best solution is to email us a photo of the item you are trying to match with as much detail as possible.As you can imagine verbally describing items can be quite difficult as although we pride ourselves on our new and innovative designs we do have a 150 years to go on.

We do update the website with stock levels and we are working on an exciting new website that will allow you to be notified when an item is back in stock. Please email us and let us know any query you have relating to a specific item and we will do our best to give you an estimated time of arrival.

What is the best towel?
All of our towels are manufactured to a consistently high quality. When looking to purchase a towel the weight (gsm) and material dictate the quality level. See our Understanding Fibre Types guide for more information.
What is the difference between Pima and Supima cotton?
Supima cotton is the registered trademark of Cotton USA. Our Supreme towels are identified as being of superior quality by the COTTON USA trademark, a worldwide symbol representing purity, strength and comfort and distinguishing products made from a higher percentage of U.S. cotton.
