These were not cheap towels, and they do feel very luxurious. However, After the second wash the threads started to come out like they had scagged. I only wash towels by themselves with nothing else. After the next wash they got worse so I bought towels from elsewhere the following week To see if it happened to them and they have washed perfectly, no threads coming loose. I still use the towels, but I can’t see them lasting more than a few months if they keep getting worse after each wash.

As I said before these towels leave a film of Raspberry lint around the bathroom. They can only be used 2 days at a time. However after washing them often they are a bit better and lighter as they are heavy with first use. I would choose Egyptian cotton next time not Supima?
