Delivery Policy
Discover our services and get your Christy order delivered in a way that suits you best.
UK Standard Delivery 3 to 4 working days
- Free for UK orders over £50
- £4.95 for orders under £50
- Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Personalised products will be delivered in 8 to 10 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm)
- Free for UK orders over £150
- £6 for orders under £150
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday will be delivered the next working day
- Orders placed between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday
International Delivery
At the moment, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver outside the UK. However, we encourage you to reach out to info@christy.co.uk for guidance on international stockists. Alternatively, we can attempt to arrange delivery to you, but please note that shipping fees, taxes and customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Dispatch Estimates
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day for orders placed between Monday–Friday. Some orders take as long as 4 working days to be delivered, but most arrive at their destination long before this.
Order Tracking
We'll send you a confirmation email with a delivery tracking number once the order has been dispatched. You can track and divert your delivery easily on the Evri App, available for free on the Apple App store or the Google Play store.
