Create your own Gift Box in 5 Simple Steps

1. Begin by handpicking the items you wish to place inside your gift box, and then add them to your basket.

2. Go to the basket and check the "Make it extra special with a gift box" option at the bottom of the basket (£5 per gift box).

3. If you'd like to include a personalized message, you can choose to add a gift card message and provide the necessary details.

4. Go to Checkout and review your order and details.

5. Proceed with your preferred payment option.

 

Gifting Terms & Conditions

Gifting is only applicable to selected products purchased on the christy.co.uk website. Some of our products are excluded from the gift box option due to their size i.e. Duvets, Pillows, Throws, Toppers, etc. These items will not be added to the gift box.

The maximum gift message length is 250 Characters.

A Gift box is an add on service with applicable charges per gift box added. The applicable charges can be seen in your basket .

Can all the products on the Christy website be added to the gift box?

Unfortunately no, some of our products are excluded from the gift box option due to their size i.e. Duvets, Pillows, Throws, Toppers, etc. These items will not be added to the gift box.

Where can I find and order a gift box on your website?

The Gift box option can be added to your order from your basket. All the items in your basket will be added in Gift Box/s, except for products that have been excluded due to their size i.e. Duvets, Pillows, Throws, Toppers, etc.

Can a Personalised message be included?

Yes, you can add a gift card with a personalised message of up to 250 characters to be included in the gift box.

Is it possible to send two gifts to separate addresses?

 Yes, it is possible to send two gifts to separate addresses by placing two separate orders.

Is it possible to combine gift box and non-gift box items in a single order and select which items I'd like to include in the gift box?

 No, it is currently not possible to select which items in your basket you’d like to include in the gift box. When ordering gift boxes, please do so in a separate transaction from your non-gift box purchases.

How much does each gift box cost, and why have I been offered multiple gift boxes?

The cost of each gift box is 5 GBP, and the number of boxes you require depends on the number and size of the items in your basket. If the items in your basket require more than one box to fit them comfortably, you would be charged for the additional number of gift boxes required.
