Returns Policy

We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 17th Nov and 31st Dec 2023 will be accepted until 31st January 2024.

We hope you love your Christy products. But if you don't—for whatever reason—our returns process is simple and easy.

Please use our returns tool and you'll be taken through how to complete your return using your order number and email address.

For Change of Heart Returns

You have 30 days to return the product from the date that you receive the item.

Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

If you're in mainland UK click on the returns link below, and you will be taken to our customer return’s portal. Once you have completed and received your returns approval via email your item(s) will be returned to us via Evri for free (there are detailed instructions on how to do this below).

If you're outside of mainland UK, you will be responsible for the postage and cost of your return. please contact us or call us on +441613675800.

Once we have received the item a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

For Faulty Goods

At Christy, we do our best to ensure all our products are tip-top quality, but occasionally there might be a small flaw with one of our items.

If you'd like to return a faulty or defective item, please contact or call us on 01613675800. Please include the full details of the faulty product in your email (or have them to hand if you're ringing us). We'll arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.

Gift Box Returns & Refunds

If you wish to initiate a return for any item contained within a gift box, it will be subject to our standard return and refund policies. It's important to note that the gift box itself is non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Christy Products that you Can't Return

For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) unless they prove to be faulty or defective. Orders that contain personalised items with personalisation/monogramming cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is faulty. We are unable to refund or exchange gift boxes. Freebies are not eligible for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning with Evri Through our Returns Portal

  1. Click here to start your return.
  2. Enter your customer order number that has been printed on the despatch note sent to you with your order i.e. (0088123456) and the email address you used when creating your order.
  3. If for any reason you do not have access to your despatch note, please contact us via or call us on 01613675800
  4. Complete the returns process letting us know the item(s) you wish to return and the exact reason for the return.
  5. You cannot proceed without confirming your reason for returning the item(s)
  6. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions.
  7. If you do not receive a returns confirmation email from us, please first check your spam email / junk inbox and if it’s still not there reach out to us at
  8. Print the return labels. There are 3 parts printed on the page, they are: Returns note to place inside the returns package with your item(s), returns note to retain for your records and the returns address label to attach securely to the outside of the parcel covering any existing labels.
  9. Drop it off at your local Evri Parcel shop. You can find your nearest Parcel shop here
  10. Your delivery to our return’s depot can be tracked via the return’s portal or directly on the Evri tracking site here.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date of delivery. If you cancel within this period of 7 working days, you must inform us in writing or by email at When completing the returns information on the dispatch note, please give the reason "I just don't want it anymore" and return the items within 14 days following the date that you expressed your wish to return the items.
