Delivery Policy
Discover our services and get your Christy order delivered in a way that suits you best. Orders placed between 1 Nov–31 Dec 2025 qualify for returns until 31 Jan 2026. For quicker assistance with any queries or support needs, please reach out to us via live chat.
UK Standard Delivery 5 to 7 working days
- Free for UK orders over £50
- £4.95 for orders under £50
- Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Personalisation orders will be delivered in 8-10 working days (Personalised items ordered now will be delivered after Christmas, as they receive extra time and care from our team)
UK Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm)- Currently Unavailable
Orders placed by 1pm on working days for Next Day Delivery are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
International Delivery
Currently, we only ship within mainland UK . Contact our team via live chat, email us at info@christy.co.uk, or call 0161 367 5800 for international stockists and trade account info. Alternatively, we can attempt to arrange delivery to you, but please note that shipping fees, taxes and customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Dispatch Estimates
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day for orders placed between Monday–Friday. Festive period may impact the timelines for dispatch and delivery.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by updates as your order is dispatched, in transit, and delivered. Service feedback can be shared from your delivery email, and a product review request will follow 10 days after delivery.
