The Christy Collective – Loyalty Program FAQs
The Christy Collective is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward you for shopping and engaging with us. Earn points, unlock benefits, and move up through our three rewarding tiers: Member, Resident, and Insider.
You’re automatically enrolled in the Member Tier as soon as you spend 1 GBP or more with us. Point earning starts immediately. However, you must create an account to redeem your points.
- Points expire 1 year from the date of purchase. For example: A purchase made on 1st May’25, the points for the same would expire one year from the date of this purchase whereas purchase if made on 25th May’25, points for this purchase would expire one year since the date of this purchase.
- Tier validity lasts 1 year from the date you enter the tier.
- If you don’t meet the tier’s minimum spend during that period, you’ll be downgraded to the appropriate tier.

No. You’ll accrue points with purchases, but you must create an account to redeem them. Once registered, all previously earned points will appear in your rewards dashboard.
You can redeem 100 points for £1 off at checkout once you are logged in. Points accrued first will be redeemed first.

- Every time you qualify for a new tier, you’ll receive a Milestone Voucher via email:
- Coffee
- Tea
- Coca Cola
- Vouchers are one-time use and redeemable only on meeting the minimum order value mentioned.
All tiers receive a 15% birthday discount during your birthday month. Make sure your birthdate is saved in your profile to qualify.
- Share your unique referral link via email, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
- For every successful referral:
- The referrer earns 1000 points
- The referee receives a £10 voucher
- After 5 successful referrals, the referrer also receives a £50 voucher
- All points from the previous program will be transferred.
- Tiers will be assigned based on purchases made from 1st April 2024 to 30th May 2025.
Your tier is valid for 12 months. If your spending doesn’t meet the tier threshold during that time, you’ll be downgraded to a lower tier matching your recent spend.

- Referral link and tracking status
