About Our Loyalty Points
Welcome to our Christy VIP reward scheme, as a valued customer we want to thank you for shopping with us. We know that once you try our luxurious towel and bed linen, you won't look back so why not take part in our FREE reward scheme and earn points to redeem on future orders with Christy.
How It Works
Every time you purchase any item, you will earn loyalty points (registered users only). For every £1 you spend, you receive 10 loyalty points. Loyalty points are equivalent to currency (100 points = £1). Loyalty points are automatically added to your account when you make a purchase. You can use your loyalty points against any future purchase. To qualify for loyalty points, you need to have an account and make an online order. To get started, all you need to do is create an account and check out in the normal way. You can only use the loyalty points you have in your account on the current purchase. If you use all your loyalty points on a particular purchase, new ones will be added after your purchase. You can see how many points you have by logging into your account and going to the Reward Points tab.
How To Use Your Points
At the order review page, during checkout, you will be given the option to use your points against your order. Select how many points you would like to use (100 Points = £1) and this amount will be deducted from your total.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that loyalty points are exempt from refunds (the rest of the value of the order will be refunded if other terms and conditions are met) and we reserve the right to revoke or change the value of the points at any time.
Loyalty points can be used on a maximum of 50% of your total order value. For example, if your order totals £50, you can use up to 2,500 points to take £25 off your order.
Unspent loyalty points will expire after 36 months.
