How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order for orders with products totalling under £50.00. Multiple items can be placed on one order, with one delivery charge as long as your order is being delivered to the same address.

Standard delivery  5 to 7 working days (excludes bank holidays)

Free on orders over £50.

If your order total is under £50 you will be charged £4.95 for delivery.

Next working day delivery (excludes bank holidays-currently unavailable)

Monday to Friday ordered before 1pm 

Free on orders over £150.

If your order total is under £150 you will be charged £6.00 for delivery.

If ordered on Friday before 1 pm, your order will arrive on Monday. If you order on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Shipping outside of the UK is temporarily unavailable. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 working days (ordered Monday to Friday) and expect to deliver your order within a maximum of 4 working days, although the majority of orders are delivered before this.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by updates as your order is dispatched, in transit, and delivered. Service feedback can be shared from your delivery email, and a product review request will follow 10 days after delivery. You can also track your order via https://track.christy.co.uk/
