Returns

We hope your love your Christy products. But if you don't—for whatever reason our free returns process is simple and easy. You have 30 days to return the product from the date that you receive the item. Personalised products are not eligible to be returned. For more details, find our returns page here.

Orders placed between 1 Nov–31 Dec 2025 qualify for returns until 31 Jan 2026.
